3 reasons why dance and cheer will keep you fit & healthy! 

Hi All,

I hope you have all been enjoying my blog, and getting lots of tips on some fabulous dance and cheer moves. I can’t wait to see some photos of them... Make sure you put them up on the FAD Facebook page!

This weeks blog is focused on all of our classes; Jazz, Hip Hop and Cheerleading. We will be covering ‘3 Reasons why Dance and Cheer will keep you Fit & Healthy!’ Feel free to tell us on our Facebook page why you like dance or cheer and how it makes you feel fit and healthy!! :-)

There are lots of reasons why everybody loves to cheer and dance – It’s Fun, Good Exercise and It’s a Great Way to Socialise but Dancing and Cheering is also a great way to maintain your overall health!!

Remember that is it recommended that you do 30 minutes of Exercise a day to keep you fit and healthy... And lucky you get do to one of those days at a fun and energetic dance class!!

3 Reasons why Dance and Cheer will keep you Fit & Healthy!

  • 1.       Cardio Health! You all know that when you are in your dance or cheer class you get your heart pumping and this is GREAT for your cardio health!
  • 2.       Healthy Body Weight! Dancing and Cheerleading is a fantastic aerobic exercise and will help you stay healthy and fit!!
  • 3.       Makes You Feel Good and builds your Self Esteem! You all know that when you dance or cheer you do it with a Big Smile!! :-) It is natural to smile while having fun... and Smiling will keep you healthy and young!
